Purba Studio is a Seattle based architecture firm with a diverse International body of work in the US and Asia. Project types includes residential, multifamily, civic and commercial, in a variation of new construction, adaptive reuse, to tenant improvement.
These global experiences give us a rich multicultural perspective and broader knowledge to apply in our design solutions, while stay relevant and specific to our client’s needs and goals. We believe that every project is unique, and therefore we provide the same attentive level of quality in our services, designs and details across our clientele.

Sony was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, but she had lived in several places in and out of the US. She started her career in the Midwest for a few years, before she finally fell in love with the beauty and diversity of the Pacific Northwest, particularly Seattle, Washington. Sony had worked with a few Seattle based firms for over a decade, then decided to start Purba studio in 2015.
She is a travel and art enthusiast, who loves photography. When the weather is nice, you might find her with her camera taking gazillion pictures around the city.
